Servo drive project manager

Responsibility description

The first person responsible for product development and management of servo drive, assisting the direct supervisor to carry out product development and management

  ·    Responsible for project management during the whole cycle of servo drive development, coordinating all resources to promote project progress, quality, cost and budget

Responsible for the preparation of project plan and budget, and submit the project approval process

  ·    Analyze and summarize the progress of the project regularly, and report to the immediate supervisor

• Responsible for tracking and checking the project progress at each node during the project cycle, organizing project management related meetings to ensure smooth implementation and closure of the project

•  Participate in the preparation of R&D process management related rules and regulations, and other tasks

Job requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, automation, electronics, control, etc., more than 3 years of work experience

• Familiar with industrial product development process, proficient in project management, research and development process and other professional knowledge, methods and tooproject management, risk management and control have their own unique understanding and experience

•  Understand the national standard, CE, UL certification standards of industrial products

• Excellent PPT, WORD and other program writing ability

Familiar with embedded product development, servo drive, inverter and other project development management experience is preferred

•  PMP professional certification is preferred
