After-sales engineer
Responsibility description
Handle all kinds of customer complaints, sort out feedback in the first time, feedback customer comments and suggestions to relevant departments of the company, and provide relevant analysis reports to customers when necessary
Organize, classify, analyze and update the after-sales product data regularly
Obey the arrangement and assist other departments in related work when necessary
Job requirements
More than one year working experience in industrial control industry, familiar with the structure and performance of electrical equipment, with servo control, debugging, programming, maintenance experience. Familiar with the principle and structure of servo motor, servo drive and other automatic control products
Good customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, strong subjective initiative
Good communication and collaboration skills; Good ability to follow up, analyze and solve problems
