Servo drive senior hardware engineer

Responsibility description

• Responsible for the hardware requirements of servo drive products and other embedded products, plan design and implementation, and hardware team management

•  Implement the servo drive hardware development process at all stages, responsible for the overall performance of the hardware design team

•  Responsible for the completion of the design of various hardware design indicators, as well as the technical research reserve of related cutting-edge technologies

•  Assist in product certification testing (internal testing and external certification) to achieve certification targets

•  Assist firmware and software engineers to complete product function development and testing, and assist in formulating production process documents and product testing standards

Job requirements

•  Electrical, automation, electronics, control and other majors, bachelor degree or above,

•  5-10 years of servo drive, industrial inverter hardware development experience, more than 3 years of similar position management experience, familiar with project management knowledge

•  Skilled use of schematic design software, electrical simulation software, PCB drawing software and other tools

Familiar with hardware design and design related processes and specifications, familiar with the national standard, CE, UL certification standards of industrial control products is preferred

•  Proficient in digital circuit and analog circuit, have a deep understanding of switching power supply, power devices, servo drivers, frequency converters

•  Strong executive ability, strong sense of responsibility, good at work summary and report, with team spirit

•  Strong communication and problem solving skills, rigorous and meticulous work
