Servo drive hardware engineer


Responsibility description


  •  Responsible for the principle design, development and prototype debugging of hardware function modules, boards and the overall hardware system of servo drivers and inverters;


Responsible for hardware circuit module simulation analysis and parameter design calculation;


  •  Responsible for the technical research of servo drives and frequency converters, and analyze their industrial development direction;


Responsible for the selection of components used in hardware design, cost analysis, assist the supply department to determine the suppliers of components and processing suppliers, and track the procurement progress;


Cooperate with firmware and software engineers to debug the driver, and debug and run the driver on site under outdoor conditions;


Job requirements


  •  Basic conditions


Major: Power electronics, electrical, automation, control theory;


Years: more than 3 years;


Experience in hardware development of drive, servo drive, inverter and motor controller;


Proficient in reading professional English literature.


  •  Essential Knowledge


Proficient in the principle of power electronic devices;


Proficient in digital and modular electrical expertise;


Proficient in power device drive design;


Proficient in op amp, current sensor, voltage sensor design;


Familiar with common EMC treatment methods;


Familiar with common mainstream 32bit MCU, DSP;


Master ZVS, soft switch technology is preferred;


Driver, inverter, PV inverter design experience is preferred.
